Our keepsake memory bears are the perfect way to treasure the memories of your little one’s first years. Each bear is carefully crafted from your baby’s cherished clothes and stuffed with love (and polyester) to create a warm and cuddly keepsake. Whether sitting on a nursery shelf or snuggled up in your arms, this bear will always be a cherished reminder of those special early days and a treasured keepsake for years to come. Bears sit at 31cm from top to bottom. Names and dates can be added to the bear’s footpad using vinyl.

    2. Without customisation: Bear will come as is With Embroidery: You can put text on either the left foot (Name up to 3 lines), right foot (Birth stats, DOB, Weight, time) or both.

    Weighted Bear: We can put weight in the bear up to 4kg

  2. Confirmation email

    3. After you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us with further instructions and address to ship your clothing to.

  3. Shipping your clothing to us

    4. You will be required to ship your clothes to us (shipping is at the buyers expense) For the best outcome, I will need 10-12 of clothing. If the clothing is small (e.g size 0000 or 00000) I will require at least 12 items plus at least 2 items that are bigger in size (such as blankets, swaddles, wraps, bassinet covers, sleeping bags or size 000 and above onesies) as some pattern pieces require larger sizes.

    If you cannot provide extra items in a bigger size, the pattern will be reduced so that your keepsake is smaller (This will not work for weighted bears). For adult clothing I can work with 1 item but it’s best to send 2-4 items so that there is some contrast in the colours of the bear. Any items that I don’t use, I will send back.

    Please be sure to wash all items before shipping them! Any clothing items I do not use, will be returned to you with your completed memory bear.

    Unused clothing can be returned or donated (please advise)

  4. The magic takes place

    5. Once we receive your clothing, we will proceed to craft your keepsake memory bear. Our turnaround time is currently up to 12 weeks (orders are processed in the order they are received)

  5. Shipping your memory bear back to you

    6. Once we finish your order, we will securely package your order with any unused clothing and then we will email you to notify you that your order has been shipped and provide you with tracking details.

Shipping to us: The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the clothing and shipping it to us (at the buyer’s expense).

Return postage: All completed orders will be securely packaged and shipped out to the buyer (with a tracking number being sent out to your email) using Australia Post

Shipping times using Australia Post:

Sydney Metro: 1-2 Days

Melbourne / Brisbane:

Rest of Australia: up to 7 Days

International Shipping: 5-15 Days

All items are created in a pet / smoke free environment
