I will need 10-12 of clothing. If the clothing is small (e.g size 0000 or 00000) I will require at least 12 items plus at least 2 items that are bigger in size (such as blankets, swaddles, wraps, bassinet covers, sleeping bags or size 000 onesies) as some pattern pieces require larger sizes.
For keepsakes made from adult clothing I can work with 1 item but its best to send a minimum of 2 items for contrast.
For a 20-square quilt: 10-20 items
For a 25-square quilt: 15-25 items
For a 35 square quilt: 20-35 items
For a 54-square quilt: 29-54 items
The maximum weight we can currently add to animals is up to 4kgs.

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide.
Unfortunately, we do not. Each keepsake is handmade with great care and attention to detail, and the time involved remains the same regardless of quantity.
It is the customer's responsibility to wash, package, and ship the clothes to us. Any shipping costs incurred to deliver the clothes to us are the responsibility of the customer.
The turnaround time can vary depending on current orders, but generally it can range anywhere from 8-12 weeks.
We can work with most fabrics except the following:
• Silk
• Some satin
• Leather
• Hand-knitted items
• Swimwear
• Thick denim
It is preferred if they are not, but we can sew them onto quilts, but not on keepsake animals.
We will contact you to let you know to send more clothes. If it isn’t possible, we can add our own complementary fabric to complete your keepsake.
We try our best to customise a piece based on the customers request, but the final design will depend on the pattern / clothing provided.
We do return unused clothes, (depending on the amount of clothes left, may incurr a additional delivery fee) the customer will have an option upon checkout to allow us to donate any unused clothes.
We will try our best to work around a stained piece and make sure your keepsake is beautiful.
Yes, we will email you a layout picture of your keepsake and you will have 3 days to approve it before we start sewing it together.
Yes, we can include special items into your keepsake
We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping option to protect your items. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit.
Yes. We can work with pet clothing or blankets to create a special keepsake.
We can offer rush orders for a fee as we understand some people may have a limited time frame. Please send us an email first prior to ordering.
You will need to contact us as soon as possible because once we start your order you will no longer be able to make any changes.
If you decide not to proceed with your order, we can return the clothes, but a cancellation fee will apply (there will be no refunds once your order has started)
Yes, we can incorporate them into the design (if you don’t like them in the draft layout, we can remove them)
It is recommended to wash the clothes before sending them to us, we do not wash any clothes to preserve their condition and scent if sentimental.
Package the clothes in a waterproof bag (a ziplock bag from coles or woolworths) then place it into your parcel box to protect it during transit.
We do not offer refunds once we begin working on your keepsake, however if there are any issues we will work with you to get them resolved.
